The care aims and objectives of the home are:

	assess each resident's physical and social needs and develop care plans that are regularly evaluated and reviewed
	enable the development of the optimum potential of each resident to achieve maximum quality of life
	each resident is an individual and will be treated as such, given a choice of daily routine, privacy and dignity
	endeavour to create an atmosphere of independent living where each resident will be encouraged to be as independent as possible for as long as is possible whilst living with others in a caring environment
	ensure that staff have the necessary skills and constant training to provide necessary daily care services
	operate to a high standard of care at all times
